Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregivers to join our home healthcare team. As a caregiver, you will provide essential support to elderly, sick, or recovering patients in their own homes, ensuring comfort, safety, and quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, toileting, and grooming

• Administer oral medications and monitor vital signs (blood pressure, blood sugar, etc.)

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Help with mobility and exercises as advised

• Keep records of patient care, condition, and progress

• Communicate effectively with the supervising nurse and family members

Requirements:

• Experience in caregiving, nursing, or similar field preferred

• Basic knowledge of elderly care and hygiene maintenance

• Physically fit and emotionally mature

• Ability to work with dignity, patience, and compassion

• Willing to work in shifts (Day/Night) and at patient’s home

• Minimum education: SSC or equivalent

🔸 প্রধান দায়িত্বসমূহ:

• রোগীর দৈনন্দিন যত্ন নেওয়া (গোসল করানো, পোশাক পরানো, খাওয়ানো, ইত্যাদি)

• রক্তচাপ ও সুগার লেভেল পরিমাপ ও লিপিবদ্ধ করা

• ওষুধ খাওয়ানো এবং চলাফেরায় সহায়তা

• রোগী ও তার পরিবারের প্রতি সহানুভূতিশীল মনোভাব বজায় রাখা

• রোগীর আশেপাশের পরিবেশ পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন রাখা

• প্রয়োজনে নার্স বা চিকিৎসকের নির্দেশ অনুযায়ী কাজ করা

🔸 প্রয়োজনীয়তা:

• ন্যূনতম এসএসসি বা সমমানের শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা

• কেয়ারগিভার বা সংশ্লিষ্ট ক্ষেত্রে পূর্ব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার

• কেয়ারগিভার প্রশিক্ষণপ্রাপ্ত প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে

• ধৈর্যশীল, দায়িত্বশীল ও বিশ্বস্ত হতে হবে

• দিন ও রাত দুই ধরণের শিফটে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে

• মহিলা প্রার্থীদের আবেদন করতে উৎসাহিত করা হচ্ছে
